Location of the hotel
No working shower hot water not hot enough icemaker by us did not work
no soap or any toiletries working icemaker was extremely slow
no coffeemaker
no extra blanket (it was cold)
heat hard to adjust

Nothing at all.
Registered my son under the wrong name and would not change it after repeated requests. Public areas and rooms very dirty. Very poor quality furnishings. Very poor maintenance, door knobs coming off, security bell dismantled. I have already told several friends in Ann Arbor to NEVER recommend this facility. It was a complete dump.

Enjoyed the jacuzzi - comfortable beds.
The jacuzzi had some skidproof tape on the bottom that was peeling - looked unsightly. Also, the TV in the jacuzzi suite didn't work at all and the one in our hotel room had terrible reception.

Convient to expressway, a bit far from where I was visiting but easy to get there. Jacuzzi was nice!.

The location worked out well! The room was pretty good.
The bed was hard. The continental breakfast was very sparse...no fruit, no hot tea, coffee was not ready! I would recommend this hotel as long as you like hard beds and don't count on the continental breakfast!.
