The staff displayed excellent customer service.

The fridge destroyed my leftover food, more importantly my dessert.....The defrosted water got into everything. the manager extended my check out time....

This is a very worn out hotel. It doesn't even deserve one star.

Plumbing has been sadly neglected. Much repair needed.

Not very clean, very tired looking, broken elevator, way over priced, stained furniture, holes in walls where old pictures must have hung, just a feeling that the owner/operator is doing the very least but charging as much a they can

Staff was friendly

Run down, not terribly clean. On VERY hot day, we came back wanting cold water and neither of the 2 ice machines was working. Initially told our reserved king room was unavailable and we would have to take a room with double beds for the same price. Only after we declined and sat in the lobby looking for another motel did they offer an "upgrade" to another king room. "Continental breakfast" was just toast, banana muffin, and one kind of cereal. Very minimal.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke....the top of the tv cabinet was filthy with dust, dirt and old used dental floss.

The place is scary but just needs a bunch of tlc. The staff is great.

The hotel was appalling--there was nothing I liked about it.

The hotel was filthy--I found a Dorito between sheets on a made bed; the toilet was full, unflushed and clogged when I checked in--although the front desk came up to plunge it promptly; the sink also clogged--and management did NOT respond to a request to fix it; there was no hair dryer or clock radio in the room--amenities that seem basic; the television reception was inadequate--only 2 stations were watchable--the screen was obscured by static and snow; room numbers were marked in Sharpie where the room number placards had broken off and not been replaced; the room was freezing at check-in--and did not warm up until outside temps climbed to 60+; the comforter and blankets on the bed were shopworn and dirty. The hotel seemed full (for U Mich football game) and another guest woke us by pounding on our door in the night--he probably could not find his unmarked room.)
