Main reason for choosing Comfort Suites Alexandria: Location

We were parked by the side exit, thus we used our room key card to enter hotel from parking lot. The morning we we leaving, around 8:30 am, the key card would not unlock the entry door. Once we got back in we had to post someone on the door to keep it open while we loaded our luggage. Inconvieniant, our key card should work up until we are checked out.
