The desk clerk went out of her way to help us when we arrived at midnight from our long flight. She helped us find food since we had missed dinner. I loved the bed. It was so comfortable. Made it easy to relax after our travels.

I had read other reviews on this property and that is what steered me to booking at the Hampton Inn & Suites Oakland -Alameda. I was a little concerned about the close proximity to the runways of OAK airport, but quickly found that inside your room you could not hear the planes. The interior of the Hotel is very nice and the rooms are great. The beds are supper comfortable. Outside Hot Tub Spa was very nice and just the right temperature. The morning breakfast buffet was good. Overall a very nice Hotel for the price. I would stay here again.
The Hotel is really not very close to any restaurants. I'm thinking its a 15 to 20 minute drive to find a place to eat. That would be my only complaint.

Substantial free breakfast, staff was helpful and friendly, great location, free parking, nice workout room, comfortable bed.

The Airconditioner was right over the bed - loud the bathroom door would not stay open

The way everyone went out of their way to accommodate us the desk clerk the housekeepers the people that did the food and the shuttle driver it was nice to have a stay go so well
