Loved everything. Our forth stay and this was the best. Staff are so friendly and helpful. We love the large saline lap pool and exercise room is top notch. I have a medication condition and use lots of pillows and a microwave is a blessing to use my heated rice bags. They managed to get me everything with a smile and very timely. They are just excellent.
The mandatory 20% tip in restaurant took my choice away! They staff were wonderful and deserved this, but..still, don't care for automatic gratuities. Not the fault of the hotel but there was a large family in lap pool area who ruined experience. They let children eat suckers in pool and four children constantly crossed every lane, running into people. I watched several couples leave in dismay. After girl spit sucker stick in pool, I finally asked child who was watching her. She pointed to a sleeping father - oblivious. We left at this point. since this experience was highlight for my grandson, I felt badly cutting our pool time show.

We really liked the location of the hotel. we liked the staff. Milan checked us in early on our arrival. Breakfast was delicious, we found the staff really hospitable, we were able to walk to most of the attractions from the hotel. The concierge Russell is fantastic booked us on Boeing tour, all of the concierge staff very helpful. The restaurant staff anticipated our needs and brought our coffee without even asking. It's the little things that your hotel did really well, we will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to our friends and colleagues. Thanks very much for everything. The hotel is close to shopping and good restaurants.
