We have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Pivot Point at the same week each year for the last five years and have been pleased each and every stay.
The food is a little expensive.

The front desk staff was always very helpful in many ways! best stay ever! Loved having microwave & frig in room! also free wifi/internet was awesome ...it was very convenient in every way ! & will consider them again in future vists! They were very close to Queshan Casino for the EP Expo I was attending!
No shuttle service to Queshan Casino in Calif. My si-in-law got sick suddenly & had to take cab back to Hilton from Queshan casino which cost her $25...would have been nice for her to have free shuttle service at her service! I was unable to leave Casino to run her back to hotel because of my involvement there! That's only thing that was disappointing!

My daughter and I loved the location. Half way between San Diego and Phoenix.
We loved the access to the river, we loved the room and we loved the service, both the room and the restaurant.
We'll definitely be back again.
If you could do anything about the heat, that would be nice!!!

I found the hotel to be very pleasant overall. I really appreciated you having the fitness room. I was thinking that i would have to forgo my workout for the week end, but was pleasantly surprised.You had everything that i needed. Thank you.
The food at the buffet set up for our group would have been good if it had been hot ! My hubby also missed having bread and a toaster there.The staff that attended the buffet was really attentive, especially the man on Sunday morning.
