Ease of getting to the hotel, very large room with lots of space. extremely comfortable bed.

Location hard to find

The staff was VERY helpful and friendly. They made the stay better than good! The shuttle over to Metro North was quite convenient to get to Grand Central Terminal, or wherever else needing to go. The free breakfasts in the morning varied throughout the week with the staples remaining the same. The food was good. Housekeeping kept the room really clean (even after the tornado my kids left every day). The bathroom was roomy and spotless. We even used the pool which was fun. I never made it to the fitness center but saw people using it. I liked the free coffee, hot cocoa, and hot tea when arriving back from cold days. We ended up using the laundry room once while we were there...worked fine. There are a few snacks, drinks, and miscellaneous items up front too. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I loved the gym and the complimentary breakfast.

Everything was great from what I could see. Did not tour the entire hotel. It was kind of hard to find since there were no signs from the main roadway. I went past my turn a couple of times. The weather was bad - snow, wind, rain - so that could have knocked over the signs if there were any.
