Staff was excellent, security of the gated parking lot was excellent, room was clean and fresh ,bar and food were excellent, did not make it into the pool, but I did see happy faces coming out of it! All in all a pleasant experience !

Convenient. Courteous and helpful staff
Chefs should take feedback seriously. I had the worst dinner I have ever had and the chef made excuses. At least our waitress was responsive. I just hope the price of my meal didn't come out of her pocket!

The room was comfortable and quiet given the downtown location. I appreciated the gated secure parking area.
I was not impressed with the menu and quality of the food in the restaurant.

Great customer service at front desk and in restaurant. Hotel is spotless and really liked the firm vs soft pillows to choose from in my room.

The beds were comfortable.
The breakfast is aweful!!!! I will never stay there again the staff is not polite I went to my room when I checked in and it was not make up dirty. For the price you pay the breakfast should be better I have stayed in lower valued hotels and the breakfast's have been amazing. The staff was uninformed and confused.
