The staff were extremely helpful. I was allowed to register early and settle into my room. I called that AM and was advised to pull up in front of the facility and someone would gladly come out to the car and assist with my things. I had just gotten. A walker with a seat the day before and was unsure how to handle things but the staff bent over backwards to assist me in an extremely pleasant manner. The interactions that I observed with others was just as pleasant, efficent, and friendly.
