I was not in the room except to sleep, but everything was nice and the staff were very, very helpful with directions...it was a smoking room because they had filled up...honestly, I could not tell anybody had smoked in there!

I enjoy coffee and was very pleased to find a maker just like the one we use @ home. The fridge and microwave were great "amenities". The bed was more than adequate for myself. Loved the shower! BEST breakfast bar ever!!!!! Good selections. FRESH. Location was very close to where I needed to be. Staff was very polite, cordial, sensitive to needs, and knowledgeable of the area.
The pillows were much too small and "squashy". They could have been a bit more firm w/o being "stiff" or hard.

Main reason for choosing Quality Inn & Suites Hanes Mall: Location
When we got to the room the air condition was off and it was extremely hot. It took hours to get to a comfortable condition which made it hard for our three year old to get to sleep. Also, we left a bag in the room. I went back to the hotel before 5:00pm the next day and they said Housekeeping had already left. I explained that we were heading back home and needed the bag. The hotel associate said it would be no problem to mail it to us but never told me it was going to cost me 25.00. I am still upset about that. She should have gotten the bag for us while we were there!
