I love the employees. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and kind. What an amazing difference it makes in one’s day when you are greater so pleasantly by everybody first thing in the morning! This hotel is a happy place in every way

All you can eat ice creme, my wife felt like she was on the English country side.
The door handle on kept falling off when we would go out on the terrace. The service was amazing, super nice people.

THE STAFF were the nicest people we've ever met. Just totally friendly and concerned about our well-being. Hotel is exquisite historic building in the middle of historic Winston-Salem.
No complaints whatsoever.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the grounds are awesome. One of the most beautiful resorts I have stayed at in the United States!

Excellent staff!! Beautiful property with very nice rooms
Fire alarm going off in the morning. Most likely something you can't prevent and wouldn't stop me from going back but quite annoying

The Estate was a wonderful surprise as we knew little about it.....the room was comfortable, well appointed and the setting was first class. We stayed to attend the football game and the estate was close to the stadium and university....would highly recommend.

The staff couldn't do enough , it was clean cheerful and the grounds very well keep ...
The menu was very limited , not really wed hat I would expect in such surrounding and the Bar was very uninviting considering how far away it is from Town ..
