I didn't like the price. I felt it was much too expensive for the look. I was very disappointed in the appearance of the room for the price I had to pay.

They let us leave our car on the lot while we were in Mexico for a week and never changed us for parking. Should have been $6 per day for parking, which is quite a bit cheaper than Park N Fly down the street.

The conference was at the hotel, so it was very convenient. The hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable and quiet.

One of my colleagues needed feminine products in an unexpected situation and there were NONE available in bathrooms, vending machines, or from enquiries at the front desk. It seems like this might be an emergency supply to have on hand for sale - over 50% of the conference attendees were women - and to be told to have to go find a grocery store was not really helpful.

Very Quite! The second stay was the best. That was a clean room

The first stay was not so good. Someone had gotten sick in the room and it wasn't cleaned up that well. There was fecal matter around the toilet paper dispencer.

Quick decision making by the staff at 3:00 am regarding the situation below

I would not say did not like, just something to pay attention. My wife and I stay overnight to catch our fligth to Cancun at 6:00 am. We requested a wake up call at 3:00 am when we checked in. The call never arrive, luckly we were awake. The staff explained for some reason the instruction were not entered in the system but only on a piece of paper which she found. Staff apologize several time and to make sure we were satisfy, she offered free limo service to the airport, which happen to be at the door at 3:00 am, plus allowed us to leave our car, plug in at the hotel for the duration our 1 week vacation. Hat of to your staff for making the decision by herself and not giving the excuse of "let me check with my Manager" first. Well done young lady! We were catching a flight so was close enough.

The hotel needs to be updated, rooms renovated and also need more comfortable beds

The location was great. Price was good. Will stay there again.

I always like the way they remember me and how they are so efficient at the front desk when I arrive.
