The staff was very charming and helpful. And the breakfast they provided in the lobby was a nice surprise.
The price to amenities ratio was way off. They were very stingy with tissue, soap, the basics. I had to go downstairs to get another bar of soap so we had enough for our three guests. I thought they were overpriced for what we got and the location (charmless). I loved the sweet desk staff but was not pleased with the hotel itself.
