I can say enough good things about the service we received during our stay. The staff went beyond being courteous and helpful. It made staying there a pleasure. The rooms were clean and comfortable, we also ate there and the service at the Bistro was also excellent.
There were no negatives during our stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Location worked well for us. Staff was extremely courteous.
My egg white breakfast sandwich was cold when served. They did take it back and heat it up but I ended up taking the egg whites off due to their taste and consistency. Just ate the bread with the one slice of ham and one piece of spinach.

Everything. The hotel has recently been remodeled and was done very nicely. The staff was incredible particularly when they learned my sister and I were there for my brother's memorial. In particular, the lady serving breakfast (which was very good, by the way) I think her name is Linda.

Good location, Staff was very pleasant and helpful
Smelled like they just put down new carpet. Apparently they only have one ice machine, which for me was an 1/8+ mile from my room. I've stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn down the road which was a much better value.

Maira, the housekeeper, was wonderful. Thorough, pleasant, thoughtful...just a total delight!
Could use more shelf-space in the bathroom. Because it was the handicapped room, the bathroom was designed for someone in a wheel chair. That was well done. However, we're the lucky ones...we're only on walkers and canes. There could be more shelf space for "toiletries." Overall, it was great!

Everyone was more than helpful in regard to our needs.. restaurants, use of the conference room... any questions were answered and made our time there enjoyable..with plans up in the air regarding staying time.. because of the hockey tournament I didn't know how long I would be staying.. the staff was so helpful in that regard... would be my choice to stay if I am in that area again...

Very compfortable bed, let us check in early which was a great convenience. Staff was friendly.
We booked this hotel because it had an indoor poor and we were there for a cheerleading competition. After using the pool for about 1 hour on Saturday, it was shut down because there were worms in it. It did not re-open for the rest of our stay. This was a huge disappointment.
