We liked the fact that it was close to the Windsor Ambassador bridge.
When we were checking in it was busy and the poor girl was on her own and it took a while to get checked into our room which was a drag as we were tired from a long drive. Overall the place looks old and tired and needs refreshing. We are disappointed with the price we paid as it was $30 more than the next two hotels we stayed in, in the USA.

Bed was very comfy! Nice breakfast buffet
No elevator was a problem carrying everything up to 2nd floor with a hurt foot!! Pool was not open and my daughter would of liked to swim.

Great price. Swimming pool was awesome. Staff was friendly and hèlpful
Hot tub jets did not work and temperature was too cold.

Staff was very courteous. Breakfast was good
Unfortunately, upon arrival at about 2:00 pm room had not been prepared yet and we had to wait. I had a 3:00 pm appointment and was not able to make it on time.

When I made the reservation I was told there was a couch that one of us could sleep on. Instead one of us slept on the floor.
