Super helpful staff, we had no issues with the room or accommodations.
We were happy it is so close to the Cotillion. We drove in from Springfield MO to see the Dropkick Murphys there. We will definitely stay there again when needed! Plus we always love and appreciate the fact that Red Roof Inn is per friendly. We always our best to travel with our puppers.

Everything was really good except the coffee and it was luke warm. I was told she would bring me a cup when they got more made and never received it. Otherwise it was a nice and reasonably priced place to stay.

Just the convenience to some restaurants and other close locales we used in Wichita for our "Cousins Reunion!"
Was craving a late night snack, but couldn't access ONE SINgle snack in the non-working snack machine, and the meager no final WI-FI that wouldn't even load up our tablet to find a place to go grab a snack!!!

I am an elderly woman with balance problems. the bath facilities in our room, lack of a bar or soap dish to hold on made a shower very hazardous. The tub, being so low was difficult to get out of, again without anything to hold onto. Might I suggest a few Elder rooms with bars in the bath so we elderly are not afraid to bathe.

The staff was very friendly, the room was very comfortable also.
I needed a relaxing weekend and was really looking forward to sitting in the hottub, but it was very cloudy and the people sitting in it said it wasn't hot, just luke warm?? I was very dissappointed!

Being able to leave my car at the hotel, the shuttle to the airport and back to the hotel when we returned.
We had to wait quite awhile (about 30 minutes) at the airport for the shuttle but I understand there is just one shuttle, one man and other people with other wants.

We had our little Pomeranian with us and there was no extra charge and no questions asked or statement to sign. They welcomed him and gave a little doggie bag with water and dry kibble. So pleasant and restaurant was convenient. Our room was large, clean and nice.
Last year we stayed elsewhere and because we had a dog that hotel stuck us in the back in a yucky room. This Best Western was just the opposite and we will definitely stay there again!
