Our room was super clean and our 16 and 20 year old grandsons loved the pool plus it was close to our room. Great room for the 5 of us.

I wish there had been a dining facility or an easier less costly way to eat breakfast

The convenience, I was there for a workshop and it was held in your hotel.

I was upset that there was no food service at lunch, we had to go out and find lunch, with the traffic in the area it took quite a while. The client next to me, room next to mine, had the tv on very loud, I figured he would turn it down to sleep , so I did not complain, around 11pm, I tried to go to sleep, but the noise was too much, your staff did call them and even knock on the door but received no response. If I had not asked for another room I had a feeling the person at the desk was not offering it. I finally got another room, but by the time I settled in it was quite late, I lost sleep. I had bought my lunch ahead of time for sunday so as not to have to go out, but the new room did not have a mini fridge, I lost my lunch and had to go out on sunday to buy another one. When I complained no one offered me a credit to make up for my lack of sleep and my lunch. I was not impressed. I have stayed at courtyard before and was very pleased with the service, this one was not up to par. I would not object to a credit of sort at this point!
