Main reason for choosing Quality Inn Denver Westminster: Location
When I checked in on Sunday there were several workmen in the pool. I was informed by the desk staff that the pool would be open by Tuesday. I was scheduled to stay until Thursday and had sufficient time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The pool did not open on Tuesday. In fact I did not see anyone working on the pool Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday! I was very disappointed that I paid for a pool and did not get a pool.

We liked to location. People working there very helpful. The service was very good.
We didn't like the idea of the elevator breaking down so much. As we are older and carrying our luggage down the steps wasn't the easiest, but we did make it. My husband had just had hip surgery about 2 months ago so was hard for him. Having someone in the employment that could help older people when an elevator breaks down would be very helpful. Hope you consider this suggestion.

The room was very comfortable, the food was good, and the staff was very accomodating, especially taking to the bus VERY early

The hotel was in a convenient location/ however very loud.
The freeways & train made the location very loud! The eggs were awful, perhaps powdered? Our bedspread was nasty, and never replaced even after complaining! TV was OLD, and did not get many channels.

It was easy to get to, right off the main highway.
The side of the building that our room was on was next to the hiway, and you could hear the traffic from the highway, all nite long.
