Location and friendliness of the staff! The manager stopped in with a cold bottle of water just as I was finishing a run in the Fitness center. That scored major points with me! I would come back to this hotel just because of his thoughtfulness!
I wish there were bar stools to sit next to the bar. When I'm traveling for work I like to sit at the bar so that I have someone to talk to while I'm eating.

The staff was one of the friendest ever, all shifts. Parking was convenience,
we were located in the heart of everything we needed to do looking forward to our next visit.

Great location and very friendly staff.
Elevators in parking garage and hotel were acting up a bit, but eventually worked. We did have to go up to go down in the parking garage as the down button would not work.

Very pleasant staff, convenient to downtown Lafayette, beautiful view of bridge, restaurants close by. Would consider staying when I visit next July.
Only the air conditioner noise and cold temperature that could not be changed (but better than too hot)!!
