Over the last decade I have stayed at the James Cook Grand Chancellor Hotel on numerous occasions. I have come to know a number of staff by their first names and this is always a positive for me - somewhat like a second home. It makes for a relaxing visit which is much appreciated.
Please get the lifts fixed - soon.
