It was nice to have the pool area open until 11:00 pm. Most close at 10 pm.

It was a good experience in every way. We stayed at another chain the night before and had a poor experience. Keep up the good work and we'll be back.

Breakfast was good
Bathroom dirty and was out of toilet paper upon arrival and I had to go get it myself

I made reservation week in advance and checked in at noon( we could not go to the rooms but should have better choice of rooms). Lady at front desk assigned us two rooms 104 and 210. I asked if we can have rooms closer to each other. She said no, I asked why and her response was " it would be too much hassle". I asked for who. She said for her . I was traveling with 3 kids so it was very inconvenient to be so far away from each other.

It was in a great location, near a lot of things.
We did not like that we could hear the people in the rooms next to us and our room was very close to the front desk/door so we had to hear everything that went on right outside our room all night.

Jenny at the front desk was so friendly! I really appericiated her willingness to help and even offered me a phone charger to borrow when she heard that I forgot mine.
The construction when we checked in was a little conserning but everything was quiet and cleaned up in the morning!

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Quiet room.
As a non-smoking facility, they should have cigarette-butt/ash disposal bins outside all the doors. Lots of cigarette butts by entrances. (They had garbage cans, but smokers--wisely--don't throw potentially-still-burning butts into a bin of paper)

Got a great value for a fair and reasonable price. The room we received was a business type room, and we loved the availability of the wet bar sink, fridge, and microwave. The pool was clean and fresh towels were on hand. The beds were firm and very comfortable linens. Bathroom was clean and comfortably appointed. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived late after a long day of driving, I was exhausted, and the front desk picked up on it right away. As such, they handled me swiftly and helpfully. We would definately stay here again if we are in Wausau and need lodging.
