Nice room

Rooms were very nice but would of been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Staff was very friendly!

Did not see an exercise room.

Staff were wonderful. Great customer service! Rooms are very nice and spacious.

The smoke from the casino seems to linger everywhere. Need a better ventilation system.

Everything was wonderful. great people. I really liked that they cash payroll checks. that was great

Very nice rooms. Big and comfortable.

The cleanliness and pretty decor. Also ,the location is great .. close to lots of family oriented activities. Our visit was centered around a family reunion. I was afraid those who chose to do it here were not thinking about the young children. I felt fine having my children there even though I do not drink or gamble.

I thought the options for eating were too high priced. We left the motel to eat. Normally we stay in to eat. The only option Saturday evening was a steak buffet.

The room wasn't ready at 9pm, when we arrived. Then it took them over 45 minutes to get it ready, very disappointed to have to wait that long after a long day.

I thought the room was nice. The shower was nice with good water pressure. The room was nice and dark and I was able to sleep well.

The sink was broken when I got there (fixed right away). The smoke from the casino was THICK. I had requested a shuttle ride downtown and the communication between driver and front desk was horrible. Why wouldn't the front desk take my cell number/give driver my cell number I'll never know. I missed my the people I was supposed to meet downtown. Then as I was being dropped off I asked the driver to return at a specific time which she didn't do, so I had to call the hotel and wait some more. I asked the driver why she liked the job and instead of what I thought I'd hear which would be something along the lines of I get to meet interesting people/I like people/It's fun driving people she said it was better than cleaning rooms.

Location was close to everything. The staff was very professional. Room was very nice but quite expensive for Waterloo Iowa.
