Our second visit; just as spectacular as the first. We were there for the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony. Great experience. If you go be sure to get to the ballroom early; lots of people.

I usually stay at the MF WHEN I AM IN DC. I was upgraded to a great room. Your staff was wonderful. Being in retail myself, good customer service is not easy to find. They delivered. Thank you.
