Great clean room, with 2 T.V.'s in the suite, I wish we had more time to enjoy the pool. Staff very nice and helpful. Close enough to walk to airport.

We have stayed at this hotel many times before BUT this time we could not get there because Southwest cancelled our flight due to massive computer problems on the east coast on Saturday, Augustb15, 2015!!!

We had a wonderful time while at this hotel for 6 nights, the front desk staff was fabulous and so friendly and ready with ideas and directions.The bar tender was so pleasant. Our maid staff was great. We really enjoyed our stay there if we had one complaint it would be that there were several mornings AND we do compliment who ever runs this hotel on their ability to choose nice people to represent Hampton. Congrats.
If we had one complaint it would be the breakfast area and the lack of coffee in any of the pots several mornings, the food had not been replenished and tables were messy. There wasn't even hot water for tea in the evening. Surprising for a Hampton!

I stayed over thanksgiving and twice during previous week.The woman attending breakfast lobby was very nice and welcoming . The shuttle you offer is so helpful and appreciated .
The coffee is VERY poor.
