Clean, looks brand new, casual but modern. Lots of parking. love that it came with complimentary breakfast which I really enjoyed. This was my first time staying at a Best Western and I was surprised and impressed by how nice and new the hotel looked and very pleased with the courteous and helpful staff. Great experience, and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Polite professional staff and comfortable room.
It's not really about the hotel. The toilet flapper was leaking and it recycled every 30 minutes. I eventually had to turn it off in order to get some sleep. Besides that, I would gladly stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming which I really feel is important. The room was clean and comfy. If I one suggestion it would be to increase size of bathroom by taking seating space out of bedroom. Just a preference...we would stay agiain no doubt!

A clean,comfortable,quiet,modern hotel. Accomadated late night check in. Free wi-fi and continental breakfast was also an added plus.Easy access off major highway.

I particularly liked the efficient and friendly attitude at the front desk. Very Helpful.
I think that you need to improve the regulation on the heating system. Likely install thermostats in the room. I know that your current heaters are not readily adaptable; however, perhaps there is a green-funhding method for the upgrade. It seems like you are in a 'green-emphasized' area with all the solar panels. Check with the Waltham Public Utilities Board if there is one. The current system could be using a lot of energy and this cost could be offset by more efficient regulation. You are in somewhat of a 'winter area.'
Otherwise, nice job.
