I am a smoker and when I booked online, I was given a choice of non or smoker. I chose the smoking room. When I arrived, I was informed that the hotel was non smoking. I really felt this was unfair to me.

Some other customer had key to enter room When I told the manager the next day, she tried to tell me this couldn't happen, but it did. Whirlpool was not working which is one of the main things I look for Manager stated there was nothing they could do about it Had I known it wasn't working I would not have stayed there.
