Main reason for choosing Americas Best Value Inn Waco: Rate
The room is very clean.
The layout of the room and interior oolors don't really seem to go together, but the price and cleanliness of the room over shadows minor things like that. The manager is very thoughtful and attentive.

Main reason for choosing Americas Best Value Inn Waco: Location
Your rating for motels/hotels/inns is much too low. There is no question that your facility is top of the line and is definitely a 3-4 star accommodation. Your rooms are very clean, beds and pillows absolutely super. Staff is terrific, and the breakfast you offer with homemade bisquits and gravy, plus fresh milk, juice, coffee, etc.etc. far surpasses any other. Terrific operation, and you can be very proud. I'm glad we stayed at your Inn. Thank you all very much - you are the best.
The only negative we could find, was the noise level was too high up until about 11-12 PM. After that things started to quiet down. If you can fix that I would prefer staying with you folks instead of any Hilton.
