Everyone working there was extremely friendly, especially front desk.
Full breakfast was appreciated.
Bed and bedding very comfortabe.
Shower was great!
Though I was promised 2 weeks before by phone, a handicap room for my cousin was not available.
One other thing. Though the room was quite large, there was not even one comfortable big chair...only a desk chair and a straight back chair.

Just about everything, the fact that the beds are so comfortable and clean, I forgot my tooth brush last visit and was given a complimentary one to use,
The service is great.
NO, the only little thing is how you enter and leave the property, we have to back track, but that is not something that can be correct, all other services are in my opinion outstanding, our daughter's wedding is this coming weekend, our whole family has chosen the Hampton because of your quality service, clean rooms,comfortable beds, breakfast,etc, we will continue to choose the Hampton in Visalia. Thank you

Was an excellent stay. The staff was extremely helpful. Room was comfortable. I had problems connecting to the wifi the desk had the tec guy call me and get me on track. I would recommend this property to anyone who asked

Our room was lovely. The bed was the most comfortable that we have ever had at a hotel. The "On Us Restaurant" was adequate and presented very nicely. The food was good and the variety was generous. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn and will return when we visit Visalia again. Thank you for a wonderful stay
