Ease of access. We were on our way to Camp Barnard for a Scout Jamboree. It was conveniently located. A decent walk to downtown to find local restaurants

I liked having a licensed facility attached.
Don't know if the hotel did the catering but I had some stomach/toilet issues following lunch on the first day.

Front desk staff was outstanding. Bed was comfy. Location super-handy. Nice pool, love the courtesy of having towels down there without having to ask. Cleaning staff very friendly. Good wifi signal.
It was really hot and the bathroom was small.
