Main reason for choosing Four Points by Sheraton Victoria Gateway: Location
Friendly service at the desk and a quick response for a shower cap for my wife brought to the room.
I believe that although the hotel was only partly full we were given room 228 probably the e worst room in the hotel. It was situated just above the heat exchanger for the main part of the hotel. It was very disturbing to hear it go on and off all night. We did not discover this until we opened the windows for some fresh air that we both require getting a healthful sleep. As we were both ready for bed it was too late to ask for a change of room and we just hoped that the air exchanger would stop during the night.

The hotel is located out of the city so it is quiet.
The air conditioner was not working therefore our room was too hot.
