Comfortable, convenient location, dining ie. pretty good menus, very gracious staff whether rooms, front or desk, really comfortable beds, pool and related facilities,eg towels, fitness equipment.
Morning coffee in room needs attention ie.very poor for a morning starter.

The food was excellent at any time of the day. In the resturant, or in your room. 10 out of 10
The staff was quiet and informed, The location and view are to wish for.
1) A nice TV but no pay per view, and the version of television is mostly business related.
2) No Safe in the room.
3) The toilet needs the slow closing/no slam lid, and the toilet paper is thin and cheap.
4) The table between the two chairs is too small to be usefull.

Great location, great harbour view, quiet
The only bathroom sink was draining really slow and likely needs some maintenance - why don't the cleaning staff notice that and let the service department know?
