Bed and location and loved how clean it was. Most of the staff were helpful and polite
Pool was down for service which was expected in order to keep clean

We returned to the Chateau Victoria to celebrate our wedding anniversary which took place in the Church across the street, in Nov. 1983. We stayed in the room 1003 which was probably the same corner window view that we had back then! Our stay was wonderful, we loved our dinner at Vista 18. We were very pleased with the service and attention of all of the Staff. Thank you for making our anniversary one to remember!

I loved the location and the suite with tables and chairs. I was able to decide I wanted to go back to the room -- and it was easy to walk to. We were able to play games on the tables in the comfortable living area.

Folks at the Chateau Victoria were so very kind and helpful, especially as it related to serving our disabled son.

The location was most convenient. They gave us a list of restaurants and we used them and they were very good.
We were in the room beside the laundry and could hear the dryer whirling in the morning. Not a huge issue but annoying.

Good location, close to the inner harbour, downtown businesses and tourist attractions. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. It was a very quiet location even though it was downtown.
