The staff were exemplary - always friendly, pleasant and very helpful. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated with amenities such as filtered water, refrig. free long distance and local calling and small safe, The adjoining restaurant , Forage, is an excellent asset. The central location made it easy to access downtown attractions.
We could have used an additional chair.

Free pot of excellent coffee in the morning. Extremely quiet room. Even though the elevator was right outside. Very comfortable bed. I appreciated the seltzer water dispenser down the hall
I had to call down to the front desk to get the Wi-Fi password.

Very nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. We were upgraded at no extra cost as they hadn't realised that we were travelling with another couple and wished to be accomodated on the same floor. Be careful when travelling from a country which normally includes it's taxes in the total room cost, that you pay careful attention to the end price as it can end up being a lot more than you had anticipated! The beds were comfortable and room spacious.

An iron and ironing board was on hand in the room. Luggage storage available if your flight was later in the day. Also were able to freshen up before leaving for airport.

Very nice hotel close to shops and bus lanes, although the attaches restuarant was rather expensive
