The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything, hotel is clean and the pool was warm water not freezing cold. Great place to stay, will definitely stay again
The breakfast was an additional charge and was the same as any other hotels hot complimentary breakfast. Didn't think we should have had to pay for this

Convenient to the locations we needed to get to. Room was beautiful.
I filled out a survey card in the room. Only downside was there was no help given to Terry who was running the bar and restaurant at the same time. She was overwhelmed.

Great room and price. Usually stay at Holiday Inn Express but this hotel was the best because of the room.

This has to be one of the highest level of motels of its type (compared with the various Marriott franchises, for example). It is clean, comfortable, well poitioned for closeness to the airport, and other local amenities
The only slight complaint is that it is virtually impossible to see the entrance to the hotel from the road; we missed it the first couple of times, as it is not obvious, and appears as an unmade, truck road (and indeed there is a truck depot next door, but the room was quiet).
