Quality Inn Tyler - Lindale

I was satisfied with the rooms and breakfast.

Did not like the location of the Hotel. It was a lot further from everything I had to do in Tyler.

Having really hot water was a plus.

The first room that I was put in, one of the beds was broken. They offered to move us but we were very tired and had already unpack.they should have known about this bed

Hotel was very nice and good location, staff members were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

We were unable to book a non smoking room, so had to opt for smoking. the only thing I would change is to purchase new mattresses and box springs, the bed in our room was very uncomfortable, and although the hotel and staff were very nice at the end of the day what you look for in a hotel is a good nights sleep.

The beds were wonderful. The rooms were quiet. The breakfast was very good.

There wasn't a chair you could sit in to read.

Good location close to everything we needed

Our room door did not lock so you did not have to use the room key card to access our room.

The ONLY thing I did like at this hotel was the breakfast...

Where do I begin?? First, we were given a room that was beyond filthy. When we entered the room, the clock wasn't even plugged up. The drain in the tub didn't half work(water went out very slow). The sheets and blankets were full of stains. There was also a major lack of outlets in the room when I needed to charge my phone. After contacting the front desk and speaking with the staff, I found out the room was never supposed to be available to book. However, I made the reservation several weeks prior to my stay. The staff did some questioning and made observation of the room. I was given a second room, however, it wasn't much better. At least the drain in the tub worked in this one though. I slept in a chair with my jacket due to unclean sheets(very uncomfortable)!! There were also stains and even a small roach on the wall behind the clock. The pricing wasn't bad, but I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone...nor would I ever stay here again...
