Very nice hotel overall - including rooms. Wonderful staff. Especially appreciate help from young lady on the bell staff. Wish I could remember her name for commendation by the hotel.

Upscale, comfortable and well appointed.
There was a serious lack of wait staff for the size of the restaurant at the Sunday breakfast causing a 15 to 20 minute inconvenience. You need to look into procuring a better quality toilet tissue.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The facility is beautiful and convenient to stay no matter where you are going to in Tulsa.
The glasses were dirty, although they had the paper cap on them, which should have indicated that they were clean and ready to use. We used the paper cups that were supposed to be for coffee.

Platinum Elite member stayed in room with window view being a large hvac unit and was close to ice machine that someone was pounding on to try and repair.

Beautiful lobby and suites. Free breakfast was very nice. Room service was prompt. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
