THE QUIET ATMOSPHERE AND THE COOPERATIVE ATTITUDE OF HOTEL STAFF.
DID NOT LIKE THE %100 DAMAGE DEMPOSIT. I HAVE TRAVELD QUITE A BIT AND HAVE NEVER MADE A DAMAGE DEPOSIT.

Clean, nice pool if we would have had a chance to use it & it didn't take 2 hours to get a room!!
Our complaints about having to wait 2 hours for our room were treated as not so important as the fact that they had 20 check outs that day. Nothing other than something from the tiny store to eat or drink was offered. This happened after we were promised a timely key to our room. Very frustrating! General Manager didn't even both to return my call.

Beautiful pool, large beach towels. Nice seating in lobby, great gym.
Sofa sleeper was ALL springs.

The Staff was excellent and the check-in flawlessly performed. They even offered to help me get a mile and a half down the road since I was there without a vehicle - nice!
The room that I had was on the third floor and facing the very busy intersection of Speedway and Alvernon. Although the shades were down the curtains drawn together it was still fairly noisy in the room due to the proximity to the never-ending traffic.
I even heard tires skidding and a 'Bang' - yep, an read end collision right outside of the hotel! Perhaps some sound deadening shutters (on the outside of the window) would help dampen the traffic noise.

It's conveniently located to restaurants, grocery etc.. The hotel rooms are clean and the premises are well kept. The kitchenette is well stocked and helps to keep expenses down.
I have stayed here two times in the last couple of months. Both times the Wi-Fi was spotty or not working at all. It only worked in the lobby area.
