L'accueil un peu "frais" le jour de l'arrivée par le personnel de l'accueil

The hotel was fine although we had a bit of a challenge finding it with google search. It was a good place to bring children

In the restaurant a waiter dropped and broke a glass at the table across from ours. He picked up the largest piece of glass but left two big chuncks on the floor large enough to make a good gash on a foot. We pointed this out to the waiter who did nothing. We mentioned it a second time and the waiter said they would have to wait for a vacuum to suck the glass up. We mentioned that there were a lot of children running around who might get injured. The waiter said the hotel was not liable if anyone entered the restaurant without shoes (a stumble would have been risky enough) and that he would not personally pick up the glass because he might risk cutting himself. It was a foolish discussion. In the end someone did come out with a simple broom but the task was not taken automatically or with any enthusiasm or sense of responsibility. The staff were cheerful as long as you didn't ask anything of them.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!
