Home very good, nice staff easy parking and green.
The air conditioning and minibar did not work in two rented rooms for the month of August is very disappointing we had very hot which is in my opinion absolutely not normal for a hotel of this standard I reported to reception but nothing was done even a small gesture of goodwill.

Would have preferred more choice for childrens meals in evening extra pillows and more milk to make coffee/tea as only two sachets left and had to ask for more at reception which was not a problem but usually you get more than two pots of milk.

Nice place to stay and the shuttle servie was certainly one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel.

It seemed warm and inviting.
We couldn't find out how to translate the language into English. We did everything it said after we clicked the English button, but when we viewed the movie, it was still in French. Why isn't there a shuttle from one Novotel to the other?

It was quite nice stay and the location was good. most the hotel's atmosphere was warm and i liked that.

Location, shuttle bus service(airport to hotel). room.
One thing that the blanket was a little bit thin.

There was a mistake for room reservation (4 bed requested, only 2 beds upon arrival).

Very good quality/price ratio
Hotel located in an industrial area. Equipment (tennis, swimming pool) are old.
