Excellent central location In Toronto
I and members of the family have stayed there many many times over the last 35 years and we have never been disappointed before
The room I had was on the 4th floor ( with no view to speak of ) and was sited next to ongoing external work on the hotel - very very noisy even with the windows shut. At night I needed earplugs to keep out the street noise. I was told I had been upgraded - but the room was basic by European standards - I wonder what the basic room would have been like ? However, by comparison, my son's room on the 20th floor was palatial with great views. I would be careful to make sure what sort of room I was getting in future at the Eaton Chelsea.

Kids liked the water slide. Concierge very helpful.
It's a bit tired for what we paid and no breakfast. Buffet breakfast overpriced for children.

It was conveniently located in downtown Toronto. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the staff was great.
The only downfall was waiting for the elevators.

It was quite pleasant and much better than expected based on the price.
No extra blanket and pillow.

2.quality restaurants on main floor
I am fully aware that it's not hotel's responsibility, however, the duration of reparing sewage took too long;24hrs.
