The room could have been cleaner. The staff (particularly during checkout) wasn't very friendly. I waited behind another guest for 10 minutes while one member stumbled and struggled to check him out...and the other person (female) behind the counter did nothing to help your staff, the other guest checking out, or myself. I'm writing this a good two weeks after and it sticks out in my head - meaning that you have a problem and probably aren't aware of it.
Oh, and a really dumb pair of things. There was no outlet near the bed...and the outlet at the desk REQUIRED THE LIGHTS to be on in the room - meaning my computer couldn't be on all night unless I wanted to sleep with lights on. When I called down about this, the staff member didn't really want to deal with it/me.

I was very unhappy with the way there is bottle water in the bathroom that has a $3 price tag on it and if you don't look closely you get charged
$3 which happened to me and I don't even drink water but I did use it for my sleep machine . Just wasn't happy about the fact they should tell people on check in that the bottle water is a charge if it's used!

The location and amenities were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was very good and fresh. The omelete chef ( don't remember his name) was working it out!! He has a wonderful personality :)
The front desk wasn't staffed enough to properly accomodate the number of registered guests that weekend.
