Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk!
I like that the room has a blanket that can be used in lieu of the comforter on the bed. (I find comforters too hot to sleep under...but the sheet is not enough. So the blanket is a perfect solution.
It's not possible to close the closet door in Room 124 because the stuff in the closet is badly arranged.

The hotel was very clean and up to date. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The workout room was fantastic, had bottles of water at each piece of equipment along with hand towels. The pool area was very clean, also had patio doors with chairs outside if one wished to get some sun. Breakfast was fantastic!

The breakfast was far more than the standard cold cereal and bagels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For Terre Haute, this is a great place to stay.
I was surprised to see that the room did not have at least a small refrigerator in it. There is a small coffee maker in the room but no way to refrigerate or warm up a quick snack. Terre Haute only has two price ranges for hotels. The $99+ hotels, which in a larger city would be more like $79, and the $50 motels that may or may not be as clean as you would want.

Location, breakfast
Started off bad, toilet didn't work, had to war 30 to 45 minutes for maintance to get back, was on 7th floor and had to go to 1st for bathroom. Had a 5 year old with me.
expected a refrigerator but didn't have one.

Good breakfast. Courteous staff.
The bifold mirrored closet door did not close completely. The toilet did not always refill properly. On the second day the bed was not properly made. The sheets were simply pulled up over the pillows. Not tucked in. I could have done a better job myself.

it was close to lot things to do. restaruants
Yes, when we booked the room, it said if you want microwave or refrigerator request one. we requested both, we didnt get the microwave, we didnt like the breakfast, no meat, gravy, the hampton inns we stay in have a huge selection of food. eggs , bacon, gravy, biscuits. lots fruit, rolls, pancakes. we always stary in hampton inn while traveling. we wi;ll be coming to terre haute house hunting unfortenutaly we want be staying with you mrs loren bishop cicero ind.
