Outstanding breakfast. The best we have ever encountered at at Hotel and we average over 70 stays a year.
Everything about this Hotel was superb except the silly $5 parking fee. Raise your price $5 and skip the fee or better yet, provide the parking free of charge.

Quiet, spacious, well appointed rooms. Great architectural design! Friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
The shower in our room had an extremely low water flow...and we're from California and know all about low-flow and your showers are as low-flow as we've ever experienced. A normal 5 min. shower took close to 15 mins. because there was no water to speak of coming out. Also, the rooms could use more light fixtures. They tend to be very dark both in the daytime and at night.

The décor is comfortable, yet elegant. The service is great. It's very much in the center of Yakima where there is much entertainment. And, parking and entrance are vey secure.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff.
I made my reservations early with my card and called back with the company card (including having my boss complete paperwork and forward her information to transfer payment). Apparently I had booked through a 3rd party (no indication of this at any point as I provided payment change information), so the charges came out on my personal card and my supervisor completed all the that work unnecessarily.
