No heat on at clock in. Room was 40°. It took 4-5 hours to warm up. We had to sleep in hoodies

It is the first time i stayed at super 8 and i really enjoyed my stay...I will be back or any other super 8
I think yo should have some kind of food to eat..

Location and the ability to have pets.
Staff was never around, never at the window. Entrance and lobby smelled like stale cigarette smoke.
