Convenience to the mountain and the breakfast.
Originally we were in Room 232 but asked to be changed since the sliding glass door wouldn't lock so we were moved to Room 234. We had two queen beds--one was so lumpy that you could actually see them and the other bed was so firm that it was very uncomfortable--in fact I tried to sleep on the lumpy bed but couldn't. If that wasn't bad enough, the staff didn't make the change of rooms in the system and while I was getting ready in the morning, a guy opened the door with his room key which was extremely scary and awkward to say the least.

Very clean, and beautiful views.
No water fountain in the gym.
