Location, View, Comfort.
Only one elevator and to far from room. The signage for registration is confusing. We went through the underground parking before finding our way.

Very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. I really liked all the security they had there. Very nice place to stay.
Bed not very confortable but they were putting in new mattreses when I was there.

Being close to the airport and water. Also having transportation from the
airport and International Mall.
You have to have your own transportation to really get around. Cannot really walk to any stores or restaurants.

I was not happy with the red ants on my bed, as well the website made it seem like the hotel was on the beach front when there was no beach front.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Location.
The beds were uncomfortable and that's a major negative. Also, we reserved a room for 5 through HotelsOne and upon arrival, were given a room with a full size bed and a couch with a pull-out bed, which was inadequate for 5. Jerry, the very friendly staff member, corrected the problem by offering us an additional room at no charge.

Loved the View from our kitchen and family room! We enjoyed the atmosphere. The closeness of the two highways that would take us in every direction we needed was a bonus.

The resort is in a very convenient location. We used this as our base and visited Clearwater Beach, St Petersburg Beach and best of all Treasure Island. The resort itself was adequate and suited the purpose of our vacation. The apartment, although small, was clean and all facilities adequate. The pool was very good for sunbathing, but we found the water very cold. We enjoyed the small beach area and the pier, from where we viewed the Jumping fish and stingrays. In conclusion we enjoyed staying at the resort and would have no qualms about booking into Sailport Resort in the future.
