Access to stadiums, shopping is is ideal
The staff for a Marriott staff is in a word............"unpolished" I am not a pretentious person but i found the demeanor of the 7-10 people I encountered to be unsuitable for a Marriott, Hyatt etc....I know im not getting the Rit Carlton staff but there should be some floor for social grace. I cant get into detail about comments i heard in an email but a secret shopping would be in order. In addition, the clientele was outrageously loud in their rooms and the hallway thus noise is a SERIOUS concern at this hotel.
