The staff were awesome. Everything was clean and from the front desk to the cleaning staff everyone would smile and greet you. This was a great locaton for Steinbrenner field and close to malls and many great restaurants. Would definitely stay there for all stays in Tampa. Continental breakfast offered a substantial selection.
Needs some minor updates in halls and bathrooms. No vent in bathroom makes a mess. Also A/C could be updated. Not enough to make me not stay again. The pro's definitely outweigh the cons.

I liked the room I stayed in it was clean and decorated nicely.
For some reason the hotel did not have the air conditioning on in the hall ways where the rooms were. I just thought it was cheesy

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
The only complaint we have was that we asked for a nonsmoking room, but there was definitely a left-over smoke odor in the curtains and carpet. The hotel was completely booked, and it was very late at night when we arrived, so we did not ask for a new room.

Close location to airport.
Bath tub was narrow and slippery. No suction rug was provided. Humidifier in room was excessively loud.
