Casino and rooms very clean. price was very reasonable.

Had a bed spring that was broke told management. Bar was convent, bartenders pour more water and coke in your drink than whiskey and they were pretty slow.

Very convenient--casino, restaurant, hotel, brewery & lounge all in the same building. Plus there is a convenience store/ gas station across the parking lot. The hotel room is very comfortable & quiet as well.

Got surprised as we were packing to leave...the front desk person inadvertently checked us out before we left, and the next guest arrived at our room door, key in hand. Very awkward. We sent the guest back down to the front desk, then housekeeping came in wanting to clean (we still had 30 minutes before check out). The housekeeper had been told to clean the room. Mistakes happen but it was very odd. Still, we like the place and will come back.

We are frequent guests at DM. Efficient, friendly staff at desk. They finally upgraded tv to DIRECTV. We love the free meal tickets. The cafe staff is awesome, Karen is awesome!! We enjoy the casino of course. We love Valentin. He takes care of all guests and greets us with kind words, has a beautiful smile and is genuinely friendly. Will continue to stay at Diamond Mountain.
