The front desk clerk was very friendly, very helpful and a genuine nice person to deal with. The dining room staff were very professional and prompt and the food was delicious.

It is starting to show it's age. It needs some sprucing up to make it the jewel it could be.

Cold showers due to a problem with the water heater; very expensive for what you get!!

Large and quiet suite

I have stayed many many time at the Loyalist and I am sad to say that I think it is showing its age. I was told the outside was done over last year but it is the inside that people live with during their visit. The rooms near us are being made into condo's but I think the rooms people stay in should have been done over earlier or at least the same time. The beds are not upgraded like other hotels. Every thing was showing age. I think the same comforter was on the bed as has been the first time I stayed. The location is great for me since my brother lives so close. The place can be a jem I just hope you bring it back to it's original luster. I must thank your staff for helping me when I needed to leave early because of my sister having such pain in her back that she wanted to head home. Do hope your able to bring it back to its lovely self. Joanne Tiedemann
